The traceable poultry delivery voucher comprises a first two-dimensional code (A101), a second two-dimensional code (A102), a barcode (A103), poultry product general information, merchant recognition information and query website information, wherein the first two-dimensional code is decoded to obtain URL (Uniform Resource Locator) information with a first parameter; the second two-dimensional code is decoded to obtain URL information of the first parameter obtained after decoding of the first two-dimensional code, a payment amount information parameter and a product information parameter.
