Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an air-cooling cold and hot water air conditioning system comprising a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger which are connected in series and arranged in a circulation loop. The first heat exchanger is a shell and tube exchanger. The second fire heat exchanger is a finned heat exchanger. A water loop of the first heat exchanger is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The water inlet or the water outlet is also connected with a water pipe suitable for spraying water to the second water heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, and the second heat exchanger is used as a condenser. Or, the first heat exchanger is used as a condenser, and the second heat exchanger is used as an evaporator. The invention further provides a control method of the air-cooling cold and hot water air conditioning system. According to the air-cooling cold and hot water air conditioning system, the water pipe is connected with a water inlet or a water outlet of the first heat exchanger and used for spraying water to the second heat exchanger, the refrigerating and heating capacity and the energy efficiency of a unit are improved, and the operation reliability of a compressor is improved.
