Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a PE gate valve. The PE gate valve comprises a valve body, a valve deck, a valve rod, a gate board and a hand wheel, wherein the valve rod is connected with the gate board and the hand wheel, a metal inner sleeve and a metal base are inlaid inside the valve body, protruding blocks are arranged at the two sides of the upper portion of the gate board respectively, a shoulder portion is arranged on the metal inner sleeve, and a deformable sealing ring is arranged on the shoulder portion. The PE gate valve of the structure is good in leakproofness, the upper end and the lower end of the gate board are sealed through elastic components, butt joint errors can be corrected through the function of elasticity of the elastic components, and therefore the requirement for machining accuracy of the PE gate valve can be lowered.
