The self-service lottery machine kiosk comprises a main body, a bin door, a lottery scraping plate, through holes, a backflow tank, drainage pipes, an electric rotating machine, a direction division rotating wheel, a fixed pile and a steel cable rope. Both the surface of the main body and the surface of the bin door are solar cell panels. A storage battery is arranged in the main body in a wrapped mode. The groove is formed in the main body. The drainage pipes are located at the two ends of the backflow groove. The electric rotating machine is located at the top of the main body. The direction division rotating wheel is located on the position, close to the main body, of the bin door. The fixed pile is located at the bottom end of the bin door.
