Corrosion-resistant antirust solution for steel, and preparation method and application method thereof

The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant antirust solution for steel, and a preparation method and application method thereof. The corrosion-resistant antirust solution is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.5-8% of vinyltrimethoxy silane, 1.5-8% of ethanol, 80-95% of distilled water, 2-3 drops of acetic acid and 2-8% of aminopropyl water-based silicon resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the vinyltrimethoxy silane, ethanol, distilled water and acetic acid, putting in a reaction kettle, heating to 30 DEG C, and reacting for 48 hours to obtain a silane hydrolysate; and (2) mixing the silane hydrolysate and aminopropyl water-based silicon resin, putting in a reaction kettle, heating to 30 DEG C, and reacting for 8 hours to obtain the corrosion-resistant antirust solution for steel. Compared with the prior art, the silanization treatment technique has the advantages of favorable corrosion resistance, favorable antirust property, small environmental pollution and environment friendliness.
