Low-temperature fracture prevented plastics and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses low-temperature fracture prevented plastics and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature fracture prevented plastics contain the ingredients, namely high-polymer polypropylene, low-density polyethylene and polyethylene-octylene copolymer elastomer. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: (a) firstly, adding PP-BA160E and LDPE-1922T into a high-speed plastic particle stirrer, and mixing at a low speed; (b) increasing the revolving speed of the particle stirrer, then, adding POE-LC175, which is preheated to the temperature of 90 DEG C, into the high-speed plastic particle stirrer, further mixing at a high speed, gradually increasing the temperature of the stirrer to 100-140 DEG C, discharging and cooling; (c) adding the mixed materials into a screw extruder for extrusion molding; (d) carrying out water cooling on strip-shaped materials, and guiding the cooled strip-shaped materials into a granulating machine for granulating. According to the low-temperature fracture prevented plastics and the preparation method thereof, through combining the high-polymer polypropylene, the low-density polyethylene and the polyethylene-octylene copolymer elastomer, the adverse problems that the plastics are brittle and are prone to fracture under the condition of low temperature can be effectively solved.
