Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for changing crossed winding bobbins and a loom for producing the crossed winding bobbins. According to the method for changing the crossed winding bobbins at a station of the loom for producing the crossed winding bobbins by means of an automatic operating service set, the loom for producing the crossed winding bobbins is provided with a mechanical longitudinal winding bobbin conveying device, and furthermore the area of the station is provided with a crossed winding bobbin temporary storage device for temporarily storing the crossed winding bobbins in the area of the station. According to the method of the invention, finished crossed winding bobbins (11) are selectively conveyed to the crossed winding bobbin temporary storage device (13) of the station (2) through the service set (23) or are conveyed to the mechanical longitudinal winding bobbin conveying device (21) for producing the crossed winding bobbins.
