Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an oversize storage tank construction platform system and a forward-erection construction method thereof. The construction platform system comprises a floating roof of an installed storage tank and a construction platform which is used in cooperation with the floating rood and fixed to a tank wall plate. The floating roof and the construction platform are connected through a crawling ladder. The construction platform is arranged on the inner and outer sides of a tank body in a split mode. The construction platform comprises a suspension support platform arranged on the inner side of the tank body and auxiliary wall sliding frames distributed on the outer side of the tank body at intervals. The forward-erection construction method comprises the steps of assembly welding construction of the tank base plate and assembly welding construction of the tank wall plate by using the suspension support platform and the auxiliary wall sliding frames for being matched with the floating roof. According to the oversize storage tank construction platform system and a forward-erection construction method, the suspension support platform and the auxiliary wall sliding frames which are used in cooperation with the floating roof are designed, the defect that repeated disassembly is carried out overhead through a crane is overcome, the tank wall is fixed only through the auxiliary wall sliding frame and the suspension support platform, some suspension machine teams are omitted, the installation speed of a plurality of follow-up wall plates is increased after the floating top ascends to the position, the overhead working time is shortened, and the advantages of automatic welding are brought into play. |
