The construction platform system comprises a floating roof of an installed storage tank and a construction platform which is used in cooperation with the floating rood and fixed to a tank wall plate. The floating roof and the construction platform are connected through a crawling ladder. The construction platform is arranged on the inner and outer sides of a tank body in a split mode. The construction platform comprises a suspension support platform arranged on the inner side of the tank body and auxiliary wall sliding frames distributed on the outer side of the tank body at intervals.
