Device and method for measuring broaching force in real time

The invention provides a device for measuring a broaching force in a real time, which is used for a cutting machine tool with a broaching mechanism. The device is characterized by comprising a piezoelectric device connected in parallel with the broaching mechanism, a data acquiring device used for acquiring an induction charge generated by the piezoelectric device so as to form induction charge data, a data processing device pre-storing a correspondence relationship of the induction charge and the broaching force, wherein the piezoelectric device is capable of generating an induction charge according to the broaching force generated by the broaching mechanism, and the data processing device can be used for processing the induction charge data formed by the data acquiring device so as to obtain a corresponding broaching force value. In addition, the invention further provides a method for measuring the broaching force in real time. The device for measuring the broaching force in real time, provided by the invention, can not be used for measuring a broaching force of a main shaft in a static state, and can be used for measuring a broaching force of the main shaft in a rotating state, so that real-time measurement of the broaching force is realized.
