Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a small turbine stainless steel rotor forming method. The method includes the steps that (1) a workblank rotor is manufactured through stainless steel; (2) coarse machining is conducted on the workblank, and portions to be welded are determined; (3) nondestructive testing is conducted on the portions to be welded, the qualified portions to be welded are vertically lifted to an automatic rotating welding device; (4) a certain portion to be welded is preheated and insulated after the temperature of the portion reaches the set temperature; (5) a manual argon arc welding method is adopted, and welding processing is conducted on one portion to be welded in the modes of radial face flat welding position bead weld and axial face transverse welding position bead weld, multi-layer multi-way bead weld is formed through the welding process of one-layer welding-polishing-next-layer bead weld, and postheat treatment is conducted and cladding and slow cooling are conducted after the set thickness is reached; (6) welding processing is sequentially on other portions to be welded in the principle of proximity according to the step (4) and step (5); (7) stress-relief treatment is conducted; (8) coarse machining and detection treatment are conducted on the surfaces of all the dead weld portions; finish machining is conducted till finished products are obtained. By means of the method, high-performance stainless steel rotors can be reliably applied to small turbines. |
