Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a welding clamp and method for an oil filler cap. The clamp comprises a long clamping plate (1) and a short clamping plate (2) which are arranged in an inverted-Y shape. One end of the short clamping plate (2) is arranged in the middle of the long clamping plate (1), the other end of the short clamping plate (2) is provided with a clamping groove II (21), the two ends of the long clamping plate (1) are provided with clamping grooves I (11) respectively, the clamping groove II (21) and the clamping grooves I (11) are correspondingly connected to clamping blocks (7) on an outer plate (6) in a clamped mode respectively, and an inner plate (5) and the outer plate (6) of the oil filler cap are pressed. The welding clamp is simple in structure, welding of the oil filling cap is convenient, the welding technology is simplified, cost is saved, and the welding quality and the production efficiency are improved.
