Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides steel rail aluminothermy welding flux which is used for a railway steel rail and is of a bainite structure and high in strength and a welding method of the steel rail aluminothermy welding flux. The steel rail aluminothermy welding flux comprises, by weight, 18.4% to 18.8% of aluminum powder, 67.0% to 67.6% of ferric oxide, 1.4% to 1.6% of Cr, 0.31% to 0.33% of Ni, 0.14% to 0.16% of Mo and the balance cast iron particles. By the adoption of the steel rail aluminothermy welding flux, a weld metal structure is bainite, the hardness of the welding flux can be matched with that of a bainite steel rail base metal, and meanwhile the requirements for field construction use can be completely met. |
