Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a material forming method for D2 steel and 2.8-ton steel ingot by one-time rolling. The material forming method comprises the following steps: preferably adopting a 2.8-ton ingot type; simplifying a steel ingot heating curve, and adopting one-section heating; and adopting a two-roller reversible type 850 blooming mill for repeatedly rolling by heating once with 15-23 passes to form materials, wherein the number of the rolling passes and the reduction in each pass are ensured in a rolling process, so as to satisfy the machining rate. The material forming method disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: (1) the 2.8-ton ingot type is adopted, so that the molten steel yield is increased in a maximized manner; and the size of an ingot body meets the requirements on direct rolling of the mill; (2) the one-section heating is adopted, so that the heating time is shortened, the gas consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; (3) the two-roller reversible type 850 blooming mill is adopted for one-time rolling with multiple passes, so that the efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced; and the steel internal texture is delicate, and the surface, size and shape can meet the technical requirements; and (4) the material forming method breaks through the bottleneck link of a production process route of steel ingot above 2.8 tons of such steel, and fills in the blank of the steel for form materials by one-time rolling. |
