The invention discloses a lysozyme compound preparation for external application of skin and a preparation method thereof. The preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25-75 parts of egg white lysozyme, 25-75 parts of raphanus sativus lysozyme, 30-50 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 40-60 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-4 parts of EDTA-2Na, 15-20 parts of sodium chloride, 1-2 parts of menthol, 15-25 parts of anhydrous ethanol, 1-2 parts of benzalkonium bromide, 450-550 parts of glycerinum, 280-320 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 3800-4200 parts of water; and the pH value of the preparation is 5.5-6.5. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving menthol with ethanol; (2) weighing EDTA-2Na, NaCl, NaH2PO4 and Na2HPO4, dissolving with hot water for injecting, cooling to about 45 DEG C, and adding the menthol ethanol solution; (3) adding benzalkonium bromide into the solution obtained in the step (2); (4) adding glycerinum into the solution obtained in the step (4); (6) fixing the volume, and filtering; (7) adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose into the solution obtained in the step (6); and (8) filling.
