The optical-energy and electric-energy dual-purpose constant-temperature cup comprises a cup lid, a constant-temperature cup wall, a cup bottom and a base. A light condensing glass body is installed outside the constant-temperature cup wall, monocrystalline silicon power generating sheets are pasted to the inner wall of the light condensing glass body, a semiconductor heating module is tightly pasted to the lower face of the cup bottom, the monocrystalline silicon power generating sheets are electrically connected with a power source charging-discharging controller, the power source charging-discharging controller is electrically connected with an energy storage battery, the energy storage battery is connected with the semiconductor heating module through a temperature control switch, and the energy storage battery and the power source charging-discharging controller are installed in the base. The optical-energy and electric-energy dual-purpose constant-temperature cup further comprises a charging adapter and a charging plug. The charging adapter is connected with the energy storage battery and the charging plug. According to the optical-energy and electric-energy dual-purpose constant-temperature cup which is an intelligent teacup, the photon linear focusing principle is adopted, self power generating and self heating are achieved, charging can be achieved, and the temperature is automatically adjusted and controlled to be constant without heat changes.
