Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a water and light complementation coordinated control system to be used for complementation coordination of combined operations of a photovoltaic power station and a hydropower station. The system comprises an AGC control module and an AVC control module. The AGC control module reads real-time active power and real-time target active power of the photovoltaic power station to obtain compensation active power through the difference between the real-time active power and the real-time target active power and distributes the compensation active power to the middles between the water-turbine generator sets of the hydropower station to compensate for photovoltaic power generation. The AVC control module reads the bus voltage set value, the bus voltage limit value and the real-time bus voltage, performs calculation to obtain the voltage deviation to further obtain the reactive power value to be adjusted and adjusts the reactive power value through excitation of the water-turbine generator sets of the hydropower station. By means of the system, through the adjustment, coordination complementation of power generation conditions of the photovoltaic power station and the hydropower station is achieved, the photovoltaic power station and the hydropower station operate jointly to supply stable power for the power grid, quality requirements of the power grid for frequencies and voltages are met, and excellent electric energy is provided.
