Automatic tapping method of steel rolling heating furnace

The invention discloses an automatic tapping method of a steel rolling heating furnace. The automatic tapping method can achieve process automation and can automatically confirm tapping information to avoid steel mixing. The automatic tapping method includes that a process automation HMI (Human Machine Interface) sends a tapping instruction to basic automation and stores the instruction, basic automation receives the tapping instruction and the stores the instruction, a tapping device is driven to tap, after tapping is finished, basic automation feeds the tapping instruction back to process automation, process automation compares the feedback tapping instruction with the stored tapping instruction, if the two instructions are consistent, process automation sends tapping information to a rolling line, and otherwise, alarming information will be displayed on the HMI. The automatic tapping method can achieve automatic confirmation of tapping information; avoids steel mixing incurred by the traditional method; improves production efficiency, and reduces labor intensity of workers as well as production cost.
