Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a flow meter. A phase-locked loop is adopted to generate an output signal, the output signal is transmitted to a water flow to be measured, and a reflected signal from the water flow is received. The flow rate of the water flow to be measured is calculated according to the frequency difference between the reflected signal and the output signal and the vertical depression angle and horizontal angle of the water flow. The flow meter further comprises a level instrument device which can detect the vertical depression angle of the flow meter, so as to automatically compensate the error caused by the included angle.
