The invention discloses an anti-dryout kitchen range. The anti-dryout function of the kitchen range is mainly achieved by a temperature detection unit, a control unit, a solenoid valve and other parts. Temperature detection is achieved by a thermocouple, the hot end of the thermocouple is connected with the bottom of the kitchen range, and the cold end is connected to the control unit via a cold-end extending line, and thus the control unit is utilized for detecting the temperature at the bottom of the kitchen range in real time. If the kitchen range has water, the temperature at the bottom of the kitchen range is not too high, the control unit does not send a control signal to the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve is at a conducting state and the kitchen range normally works; and if water in the kitchen range is dried out, the temperature at the bottom of the kitchen range abruptly rises, and when the temperature at the bottom of the kitchen range reaches a certain value, the control unit sends the control signal to the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve cuts off fuel gas in a gas-guide pipe, the kitchen range is prevented from being burned out, and also major fire accident is avoided.
