Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an organic passivator for carbon steel pipelines or carbon steel pipe fittings. The organic passivator is prepared from ricinoleic acid, water and mono ethanol amine and/or diethanol amine and/or triethanolamine, the organic passivator is placed in a stainless steel tank after being diluted by demineralized water, the passivator solution in the stainless steel tank is heated in a forced circulation method, and carbon steel pipelines or carbon steel pipe fittings are soaked in the solution in the stainless steel tank for a period of time after a pickling rust treatment to form organic passivation films on the surfaces of the carbon steel pipelines and the carbon steel pipe fittings. Compared with the prior art, the organic passivator disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the organic passivator is green and environmentally friendly and contains no cancerogenic substance sodium nitrite, the waste liquid can be safely discharged after being neutralized and the passivation effect is good. |
