Fully-degradable plant oil coating material for controlled-release fertilizer and preparation method

The invention discloses a fully-degradable plant oil coating material for a controlled-release fertilizer and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: (1), 40-70 parts of various kinds of plant oil are added into a reaction tank through a gear pump, and stirring is started and performed for 10 minutes at the rotation speed of 20 turns per minute, so that the plant oil is fully mixed; (2), after the plant oil is stabilized for 5 minutes, 10-40 parts of resin is added, and nitrogen is added to the reaction tank for 10 minutes to remove air in the reaction tank; (3), the reaction tank is heated by an electric heater, the temperature is raised for 10 hours, the reaction temperature is raised to be 100-170 DEG C, heat preservation is performed for 5 hours, then the temperature is reduced to 40-80 DEG C, and the coating material is prepared. The coating material has the benefits of capability of natural degradation and avoidance of environment pollution in the fertilization process.
