The zero release device is easy for operation, and is easy for realization. The zero release device can be used for solving processing problems of high-salt high-ammonia-nitrogen waste water effectively, water recovery rate is high, and quality of obtained water is high. The zero release device is used for circulating condensation of high-salt high-ammonia-nitrogen waste water, almost no concentrated water is discharged, and recovery of water resource of high-salt high-ammonia-nitrogen waste water is realized as far as possible.
