The invention provides an IC-card-based elevator control switching method. The IC-card-based elevator control switching method includes the steps of card issuing authorization, wherein a card writer is used for authorizing an IC card to be a function card used in an elevator control device, and meanwhile switching information is written into the IC card; card swiping and reading, wherein a card reader is used for converting IC card information into information of a fixed protocol of the elevator control device in a wireless mode, the IC card information read by the card reader is transmitted to the elevator control device; control switching, wherein when the control device receives the switching information transmitted by the card reader, and the elevator control device controls a switching circuit to switch an output port so as to close a standby output control circuit. The IC-card-based elevator control switching method has the advantages that when an elevator breaks down, the corresponding standby device used in the elevator control device is switched in the mode of swiping the authorized IC card, and the IC-card-based elevator control switching method is rapid and convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
