The antipruritic drug is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of oil tea camellia leaves, 4-7 parts of tea oil, 3-8 parts of honeysuckle, 5-10 parts of lophatherum gracile, 2-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 2-4 parts of erodium stephanianum willd, 2-4 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 2-5 parts of liquorice root and 2-6 parts of scutellaria baicalensis; the antipruritic drug is prepared by the following processes: (I) preprocessing raw materials: (1) preprocessing oil tea camellia leaves; (2) preprocessing honeysuckle; (3) preprocessing lophatherum gracile; (4) preprocessing coptis chinensis; (5) preprocessing cortex acanthopanacis; (6) preprocessing liquorice root; (7) preprocessing scutellaria baicalensis; and (8) preprocessing erodium stephanianum willd; and (II) preparing: A. preparing dry powder; B. preliminarily mixing; and C. secondarily mixing. The antipruritic drug disclosed by the invention has the functions of dispersing wind heat, cooling blood, stopping blooding, removing blood poisons, clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire for removing toxin, resisting bacteria, resisting fungi, resisting inflammation, resisting allergy and the like, and has the effects of moisturizing, moistening and cooling; and the antipruritic drug has a relatively good treatment effect on various symptoms caused by pruritus cutanea.
