The invention discloses an attachment for improving the survival rate of juvenile mytilus coruscuses and a using method thereof, and relates to artificial shellfish breeding in the field of aquaculture. The attachment is formed by putting a bamboo fiber-woven mesh into a special pressure cooker, cooking for 1 hour by using tea water, fishing out, and drying in the sunlight, wherein the mesh is 60-mesh, has the width of 60cm and the length of 100cm; pendants with proper weights are hung on the length side of the mesh. The using method of the attachment comprises the following steps: selecting creeping larvae, collecting the growing creeping larvae, attaching and controlling an attachment condition. The attachment improves the attaching survival rate and the attaching density so as to increase the metamorphosis rate of the larvae, reduce the breeding cost of the mytilus coruscuses and promote the development of the breeding industry of the mytilus coruscuses.
