Provided is a disc-shaped roller for metal-plate hole-punching obtained by forming a plurality of hole-punching blades (20) at prescribed intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer-circumferential surface of the disc-shaped roller in a manner such that the blades project in the radially outward direction, the disc-shaped roller for metal-plate hole-punching being characterized in that: the hole-punching blades (20) have a V-shape in which the blade height at both ends (21, 22) in the circumferential direction thereof is taller than the blade height in other sections thereof, when viewing the hole-punching blades (20) from the lateral surface thereof; and the blade height of one end (21) in the circumferential direction thereof which advances first in the direction of rotation of the disc-shaped roller is shorter than the blade height of the other end (22) in the circumferential direction thereof which follows in the direction of rotation.
