Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, the following are provided: a generation means for generating a vibration, or a vibration signal, of a first band that contains a vibration component that is perceived as sound by the auditory system of an organism, and of a second band, from among bands that exceed the first band, that contains a vibration component that elicits an effect for reducing brain activity; and a vibration presentation means for reducing the brain activity of the organism by imparting to the organism the vibration having the second band and the vibration of the first band.
