Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-efficiency light-condensing photovoltaic cell. The high-efficiency light-condensing photovoltaic cell comprises a photovoltaic high-efficiency conversion module which is used for absorbing light energy and converting the light energy into electric energy; the photovoltaic high-efficiency conversion module comprises a transparent conductive layer, a collector electrode layer and a photoelectric conversion layer arranged between the transparent conductive layer and the collector electrode layer; the photoelectric conversion layer comprises a light inlet surface; the transparent conductive layer is arranged on the light inlet surface; the glass light transmitting layer is arranged on the transparent conductive layer and opposite to the light inlet surface, so that the light passes through the glass light transmitting layer and the transparent conductive layer in sequence and then enters the photoelectric conversion layer. An europium element is further doped in the glass light transmitting layer on the surface of the photovoltaic cell to further absorb refraction or reflection light in a phase interface of the glass light transmitting layer, so that the light conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell is improved. |
