The method comprises the steps that a detection device records an observation value of a current observation point to an observation value sequence; a first sequence composed of first N observation values of the current observation point is obtained from the observation value sequence; a threshold value parameter is obtained according to the first sequence through calculation; a first alarming threshold value range corresponding to a first alarming statistic value is obtained according to the threshold value parameter K.
