Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a display substrate, a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The display substrate comprises a thin film transistor, a scanning line, a data line and an electric field shielding layer, wherein the electric field shielding layer is arranged above the scanning line and/or the data line, and is used for shielding an electric field(s) of the scanning line and/or the data line corresponding to the electric field shielding layer. According to the electric field shielding layer provided by the embodiment of the invention, the interference electric-field is reduced or eliminated, and the occurrence of a light leakage area is avoided, so that the use of a black matrix is reduced, and the aperture ratio of the display device is improved.
