A pump cover is arranged at the rear end of the pump body, a shaft sleeve body is arranged at the rear end of the pump cover, a slide bearing is arranged in the shaft sleeve body, a shaft sleeve is matched with an inner ring of the slide bearing, a bearing compensating piece is arranged between the slide bearing and the shaft sleeve, a pump shaft is arranged in the shaft sleeve in a matched mode, an impeller and an impeller nut are arranged at the end of the pump shaft, a thrust ring is arranged between the slide bearing and the rear end face of the impeller, an inner rotor component is arranged at the rear end of the pump shaft, and the rear end face of the pump body is fixedly connected with a water-cooling bearing box through a connecting frame. The thrust ring and the slide bearing are made of silicon carbide. Meanwhile, the water-cooling bearing box can be cooled in a water-cooling mode through the water-cooling design, so that the high temperature resistance is obtained.
