Method and primer group for detecting porcine circoviruses

The invention provides a universal semi-nested PCR primer of type I and type II PCVs and specific nested PCR primers of various PCVs method, and also provides a method for detecting porcine circoviruses. Proven by sequencing, the method is fast, specific and effective.
