Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technology for adjusting temperature of alkylated oil discharged from an alkylated oil draining device for producing aviation gasoline base oil. The concrete technological flow comprises alkylated oil enters a gasoline heat exchanger from a tower bottom draining device of a n-butane removal tower, the temperature is adjusted through a threeway temperature adjusting valve of the gasoline heat exchanger, and then alkylated oil successively enters an aviation-gasoline-separation-tower feedstock heat exchanger and an aviation gasoline separation tower via an aromatization device boundary valve, so that aviation gasoline base oil is produced. In the technology, the gasoline heat exchanger is arranged between the alkylated oil draining device and the aviation gasoline base oil feeding device, the feeding temperature is controlled at 100-120 DEG C; and also the discharging temperature of alkylated oil discharged from the alkylated oil draining device is improved and reaches 125-140 DEG C, so that more light compositions are distilled out, and the distillation range of aviation gasoline is guaranteed. By employing alkylated oil as a raw material, the obtained aviation gasoline base oil has the yield of 94.12%, the product price can be improved by 1200-2200 RMB/ton, and the benefit is considerable.
