Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-frequency switching mode power supply transformer which comprises a magnetic core, a skeleton and a coil winding, wherein a hollow tube is sleeved on a central pillar of the magnetic core, a coil comprises a secondary coil and a primary coil, the secondary coil and the primary coil are sequentially radially arranged along the hollow tube, an insulating layer is arranged between the primary coil and the secondary coil, and the insulating layer is made of an insulating material by coating. The high-frequency switching mode power supply transformer disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and novel in design, and the thickness of the insulating layer is reduced mainly by changing an insulating material in a traditional transformer, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the volume of the transformer and improving the use safety. |
