Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides high-gas-retention-performance inner tube rubber which comprises 4-10% of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 32-42% of butyl rubber, 8-18% of butyl reclaimed rubber, 5-15% of fast extruding furnace black, 5-15% of general furnace black, 5-15% of novel 168 carbon black, 0.3-1% of a physical anti-aging agent microcrystalline wax, 1.5-2.5% of an active agent ZNO, 0.3-1% of an active agent SA, 0.1-1% of a processing aid A-16, 1-2% of tackifying resin 1102, 5-15% of processing oil P-150, 0.5-2% of a vulcanizing agent S-325, 0.1-1% of an accelerator M, and 0.5-2% of an accelerator TMTD. The inner tube rubber provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent fas retention performance, good thermal resistance, good ozone resistance, and good thermal aging resistance. |
