Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an environment-friendly production process of H acid. The environment-friendly production process comprises the following steps: sulfonating, nitrifying, and adding water to denitrify refined naphthalene; neutralizing and filtering with alkali to obtain nitryl T silicate solid; carrying out catalytic hydrogenation or iron powder reduction on the nitryl T silicate, and then acidifying to produce amino T acid; carrying out heating treatment on a filtrate which is obtained after filtering the nitryl T silicate, neutralizing with alkali, carrying out catalytic hydrogenation or iron powder reduction, concentrating a reducing liquid, acidifying and filtering to obtain the amino T acid; carrying out alkali fusion on the amino T acids which are obtained twice to generate H acid; respectively carrying out complexing extraction and alkali liquor reverse extraction on an amino T acid mother liquid and an H acid mother liquor, acidifying and recovering the amino T acid and the H acid; and refining the amino T acid and the H acid mother liquor after complexing extraction, reducing the COD to below 100ppm, and concentrating and crystallizing by virtue of MVR to produce potassium sulphate (or sodium sulfate). According to the environment-friendly production process, the problems that the mother liquor in a traditional process contains a plurality of inorganic salts, inorganic mixed salts and a plurality of organic matters and cannot be treated are solved. |
