Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a technology for microwave firing of a lightweight sand plate. The technology comprises: (1) uniformly mixing desert sand, perlite powder, sodium silicate, wood powder, a K12 foaming agent, pot clay and graphite in a container to obtain a mixture; (2) placing the mixture obtained in the step (1) into a wooden box; (3) carrying out shocking pressing on the mixture inside the wooden box a plurality of times by using a wood plate; (4) placing the wooden box into the center of a microwave oven, opening high-fire, achieving a dewatering hardening state after 5 min, and taking out; and (5) taking the hardened mixture out from the wooden box, wrapping with rockwool, placing into the center of the microwave oven again, opening high-fire, firing, maintaining for 15 min when the rockwool pad surface temperature is detected to achieve 55 DEG C, and completing the firing to obtain the product. The technology has the following beneficial effects that: compared with the traditional coal kiln firing method, the microwave method of the present invention has characteristics of substantial PM2.5 and carbon dioxide emission and production reducing, and no limitation of the national policy on the coal kiln. |
