Quantitative chump throw-in device

The invention discloses a quantitative chump throw-in device which comprises a vibration disc, two material blocking mechanisms, a belt type conveying mechanism and a material box conveying mechanism. The two material blocking mechanisms are located at the discharge port of the vibration disc. The discharge port of the vibration disc is connected with the belt type conveying mechanism. The two material blocking mechanisms regularly block and release chump from the discharge port to the belt type conveying mechanism. The material box conveying mechanism is located on one side of the vibration disc and located at the output end of the belt type conveying mechanism. Each time when a sensor detects that a material box is conveyed to the output end of the belt type conveying mechanism, the belt type conveying mechanism can send chump on the mechanism into the material box, and meanwhile the material blocking mechanisms can release a quantitative amount of chump onto the belt type conveying mechanism so that the belt type conveying mechanism can be sent into a next material box. Through the technical scheme, it can be ensured that a quantitative amount of chump is carried in each material box in the material box conveying mechanism.
