Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an exhaust block for a deep-cavity part of a core-making mold of a hot-core box. The exhaust block is in the shape of an inverted L; an arc-shaped surface is formed on the wall surface on one side of the exhaust block; exhaust grooves which penetrate from top to bottom are formed in the arc-shaped surface at intervals; the wall surface on the other side of the exhaust block is sequentially divided into a vertical exhaust surface, a horizontal buffer surface, a vertical dredging surface and a vertical distribution surface from top to bottom; and an exhaust groove which vertically penetrates through the whole vertical distribution surface is formed in the vertical distribution surface. The invention also discloses an exhaust structure for the deep-cavity part of the core-making mold of the hot-core box. The exhaust structure comprises a mold, a mounting block, a screw and the exhaust block. A mounting hole is formed in the deep-cavity part of the mold; the exhaust block is positioned in the mounting hole and is locked on the mold by virtue of the mounting block by using a screw; the arc-shaped surface and the vertical distribution surface of the exhaust block are respectively in tight fit with the mold; and gaps are respectively formed between the vertical dredging surface and the mold, between the horizontal buffer surface and the mold and between the vertical exhaust surface of the exhaust block and the mold. According to the exhaust block and the exhaust structure disclosed by the invention, gas can be effectively discharged in the core making process, and blockage is avoided.
