Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a continuous rotary forging method special for a multi-component tungsten electrode. A continuous rotary forging device composed of a first heating furnace, a first rotary forging machine, a first guide roller, a second heating furnace, a second rotary forging machine and a second guide roller is used in the continuous rotary forging method. The continuous rotary forging method includes the steps that the temperature of the first heating furnace and the temperature of the second heating furnace firstly rise to range from 1450 DEG C to 1500 DEG C, then multi-component rare earth tungsten electrode materials which are 6.5 mm in diameter phi and are obtained after B203 rotary forging are fed into the continuous rotary forging device at the speed of 2 m/min to 3 m/min, and three-pass B202-stage processing and two-pass B201-stage processing are sequentially carried out. The continuous rotary forging method is suitable for the mechanical property of the multi-component rare earth tungsten electrode materials, and efficient tungsten material processing can be achieved. The phi6-to-phi3 multi-component rare earth tungsten electrode materials can be obtained. |
