Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an integration method and device for a micro-hydrocyclone in a tower vessel. The invention provides the integration method for the micro-hydrocyclone in the tower vessel. The method includes the steps of: (a) conducting micro-hydrocyclone separation on a liquid mixture entering the tower vessel top, letting the obtained continuous phase i.e. the light phase enter an upper hermetic cavity of the tower vessel and go to a follow-up apparatus, and making the obtained dispersed phase i.e. the heavy phase enter a lower hermetic cavity of the tower vessel; (b) subjecting the heavy phase entering the lower hermetic cavity of the tower vessel to gravity settling, and conducting intermittent discharge on the precipitated heavy phase; and (c) conveying the light phase precipitate in gravity settling to the upper hermetic cavity of the tower vessel and then to a follow-up apparatus. The invention also provides an integration device for the micro-hydrocyclone in the tower vessel.
