Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a vegetable extraction and infusion system circularly heated by compressed hot air. Two gas compression heating pumps and a buffer gas storage tank are mounted in series on a steam heating pipe of an infusion tank of the system; a raw material residue stifling steam input pipe is mounted at the bottom of the infusion tank; a residue stifling steam outlet pipe is installed on the top of the infusion tank; the residue stifling steam outlet pipe is connected to the lower part of a fraction recovery tower of an extraction liquid. During work, high-temperature steam is conveyed to a steam warming pipe to quickly preheat the extraction liquid in the tank; then, steam is closed, the gas compression heating pump is started, steam in the steam warming pipe of the buffer gas storage tank is inhaled to the gas compression heating pump for mechanical compression and temperature raise; the steam after temperature raise returns to the steam warming pipe to circularly heat the extraction liquid in the infusion tank; after infusion, the residue stifling steam is introduced from the bottom of the infusion tank, the extraction liquid in the residue is stifled and separated, and the separated steam is introduced into the fraction recovery tower of the extraction liquid to recover the fraction of the extraction liquid. |
