Recombinant suipoxvirus vector vaccine for expression of porcine circovirus type 2 capsid protein

The invention provides a recombinant suipoxvirus vector vaccine for expression of a porcine circovirus type 2 capsid protein. The recombinant suipoxvirus vector vaccine comprises a suipoxvirus vector and a porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 gene. According to the recombinant suipoxvirus vector vaccine, SPV017-SPV020 genes of a suipoxvirus genome are used as insertion sites, the porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 gene as an exogenous gene is cloned in a vector pSWE11 so that a transfer vector pSWE11/P28C is obtained, and the suipoxvirus and the transfer vector infect and transfect a PK15 cell so that the recombinant suipoxvirus for expression of the porcine circovirus type capsid protein is obtained by homologous recombination. Compared with the reported other sites, the recombinant suipoxvirus has high virus titer and can efficiently and stably express the porcine circovirus type 2 capsid protein, and can produce strong immune response, induce animal high-titer antibody production and produce good immunization protection effects after animal immunization.
