The components are selected according to a certain weight ratio, aired and packaged into a white dense cotton cloth bag. The wine stone and magnets are sewed at positions outside the cotton cloth belt and corresponding to the acupuncture points of eyes. The white cotton cloth belt is applied on the eye positions.
