Glue dipping device of full-automatic capsule production line

The invention relates to a glue dipping device of a full-automatic capsule production line. The glue dipping device comprises a glue dipping rack, a glue dipping groove, a push pawl, a mold and lifting disks, wherein the glue dipping rack is arranged right above the glue dipping groove and comprises a top plate and side plates on two sides; guide rails are arranged at proper positions at the inner side surfaces of the side plates; when the push pawl pushes the mold to move onto the glue dipping rack, two ends of the mold are positioned on the guide rails; the front ends of the side plates on two sides of the glue dipping rack are respectively provided with one lifting disk; the inner side surfaces of the lifting disks are provided with guide grooves; the glue dipping rack can move up and down; when the glue dipping rack moves to the bottommost position, a mold head which is arranged at the lower part of the mold immerges in a glue solution in the glue dipping groove; when the glue dipping rack moves to the topmost position, the front ends of the guide rails are coincided with the rear ends of the guide grooves; the push pawl pushes the mold onto the glue dipping rack; after the glue dipping process is finished, the push pawl pushes the mold onto the lifting disks, and then a next process is performed. By virtue of adopting the device, the production speed is increased, the production continuity is ensured, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
