The invention relates to a third-dimensional splice garment for a patient. The third-dimensional splice garment comprises a garment body; the garment body comprises a garment front sheet (1), a garment back sheet (2) and two sleeves (3); the garment front sheet (1) is connected with the garment back sheet (2) through zippers (4) on lateral bodies and a collar; and the two sleeves (3) are connected with the garment front sheet (1) and the garment back sheet (2) through annular zippers (5) at the upper ends of the sleeves (3). The garment body is made of shell fabric which is made of knitted fabric; the knitted fabric is formed by a double-layer braided structure; a front face layer of the double-layer braided structure is made of full-cotton yarns; a back face layer of the double-layer braided structure is made of cotton lycra core-spun yarns; the front face layer and the back face layer are connected through a tucking structure; and the knitting density of the front face layer to the back face layer is 4.5:1. When the third-dimensional splice garment is dressed by the patient, a nurse only needs to push the patient to lean to one side for lying, and therefore the garment can be completely spliced. The third-dimensional splice garment is good in breathability and gives a third-dimensional effect.
