Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a variable-temperature infrared convective drying device for fungus and a drying method. The device comprises a draining unit, a first weighing unit, a first infrared drying unit, a second weighing unit and a second infrared drying unit, wherein the draining unit, the first weighing unit, the first infrared drying unit, the second weighing unit and the second infrared drying unit are connected orderly from left to right; draught fans used for draining moisture on the surface of the fungus are arranged on the draining unit; a first infrared radiation plate and a second infrared radiation plate are mounted on the first infrared drying unit and the second infrared drying unit respectively; the first infrared radiation plates are used for emitting infrared radiations to dry the fungus; the convective drying device further comprises an air supply unit; the air supply unit is used for sucking out hot air from the first infrared drying unit and conveying the hot air to the second infrared drying unit to generate air convection to accelerate a drying speed, and regulating drying time in real time upon values weighed by the first weighing unit and the second weighing unit. By adopting the device and the method disclosed by the invention, the quality of the dried fungus is improved; meanwhile, the device and the method have the characteristics of high production efficiency, energy conservation and environment protection. |
