The hole sealing plates are arranged at the air inlet and an air outlet and are opened under the action of the atmospheric pressure and air flow thrust when the frequency converter works, and cooling air enters the casing of the frequency converter, so as to realize the cooling to electrical elements, and the stable operation of the frequency converter can be guaranteed; when the operation of the frequency converter is stopped, the hole sealing plates turns to seal the air inlet and the air outlet under the action of gravity, so that the fact dust enters the casing of the frequency converter to damage the electrical elements is prevented; meanwhile, the upper baffle board and the lower baffle board which are arranged in a staggered way can intercept water vapor carried by air flow, so that air-water separation is realized, further that water vapor enters the casing of the frequency converter to damage the electrical elements is prevented, and the failure rate of the frequency converter is low.
