The invention discloses a method for checking automatic speech service content. The method comprises steps as follows: presetting checking conditions and identification keywords; judging whether the automatic speech service content of a calling number is required to be analyzed or not according to the checking conditions, calling the calling number conforming to the checking conditions, and recording the automatic speech service content of the calling number; analyzing an audio recording file according to the identification keywords, and recording a checking result. The invention further discloses a system for checking the automatic speech service content. With the adoption of the method and the system for checking the automatic speech service content, under the condition that the running efficiency of a CTD (click to dial) platform is not affected, the automatic speech service content in a CTD service can be filtered, screened, managed and monitored.
