Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an inertial piezoelectric ultrasonic motor and a control method thereof. The inertial piezoelectric ultrasonic motor comprises piezoelectric composite vibrators, a clamping device and a round rod; the piezoelectric composite vibrators are arranged in a pair; two piezoelectric composite vibrators which are arranged in a pair respectively are a first piezoelectric composite vibrator and a second piezoelectric composite vibrator and are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the axis of the round rod; each piezoelectric composite vibrator comprises a core board and two piezoelectric ceramic chips respectively adhered to both lateral surfaces of the core board; the core boards are mounted in the clamping device; the round rod is clamped and fixed by a clamping mounting part formed between the core board of the first piezoelectric composite vibrator and the core board of the second piezoelectric composite vibrator. Therefore, the inertial piezoelectric ultrasonic motor has the advantages of simple structure, large moment, high speed, high accuracy, large travel, easiness for control, convenience for use and the like, but also is easy to process and realize microminiaturization and can be used for a focusing system of instrument equipment, such as a mobile phone, a camera, a microscope and the like, or a driving part of a precision instrument. |
